My eyes are killing me! @.@ It got worst after we checked out. Didn't really notice it while we were enjoying ourselves in the chalet rooms. But it was really one of the best parties. 21st.... celebrated with Miki, and Val and Miki's family. Same thing happened to Hui's 21st... celebrated with family. Is that a custom?? Lolz! XDSince mine will be celebrated at my house, I guess it'll also be with my family :pHahahaha... so it IS a custom. ROFL!!!!!! =DMiki's Personal Assistant, my nick for Saturday & Sunday. Somehow I became part of her family... doing the BBQ-ing, being her shadow, and helping her entertained Val and Shi Wei who decided to show up O.o Nice! :) Too bad Hui couldn't join us... HahahhaaThurs BBQ with LSH teachers, Sat with Miki's fam and friends. Whew! With the practice on Thursday, I helped started the fire for this chalet. It was good, until they went and fanned off the flames =.=lll It took 3 of us to restart the fire. Then the same thing happened (different ppl). So after a few tries and a hell lot of "Don't fan anymore!", the fire was made.Parked myself at the grill, as usual... Hahahaha... Also did talk to Shi Wei while he was there, and serving food to the people hovering around the grill. Ppl...we have a small pit, so we need time to cook! I really did have the urge to just say it...but nah :p Then it got better when I got tired. Hahahahaha! XD After I gt tired Val arrived, so I just really sat down and chat with her while she had her food (after the cake-cutting). The food was great, if I do say so myself ;)Stayed overnight there, and there was only the 7 of us! Me, Miki and Val were in one room, and the other room was occupied by the younger children. So.. no adults, but the 3 of us. What we do? We goofed around the room and take naps... Alarm 1: 3.15am - We slept at about 1.30 and we woke up at 3.15 to check up on the kids and also the 2 houses.Alarm 2: 5.30am - I just snoozed it and none of us woke up. =PI automatically woke up at 6.30 because I was freaking cold! Brrrrrr~ And then slept a lil till about 7.15am. When we woke up at 3.15am, we were already freezing. Body temp dropped at night, I was feeling better than them cos I had long pants and jacket. Miki finally put on her jeans to cover her legs. It was till later then Val took my jacket and cover her legs.Next, breakfast! We thought we saw eggs, but the adults took them back. So we went to get eggs, sausages, and hashbrowns for breakfast, plus a box of rice which we shared among the 7 of us. And also Coffee and Milo: Coffee for the adults, Milo for the younger children. :) Yummy!!!It was when me n Val returned to our room to pack then we realized something. And I felt like punching myself in the face, and turning back the time... THERE WERE ACTUALLY EXTRA BLANKETS IN THE CLOSET AND WE DIDN'T USE THEM! =.=lll OMG...... Hahahahahahahhahahahahaa... We're being SUPER SILLY =PSneaked about 15mins out of the room to go to the beach for some fresh air and some shots that DOESNT show any part of the chalet houses... :) Fun, but abit rushed... we were rushed out of the room by 1 phone call... Still we headed back for some air-con before returning the keys to the counter desk.It was really fun staying overnight, and spending time with Miki and her family and her other friends... =) Next one would be my birthday... Hm.. still planning in progress, cos too many ideas. But nothing major big or grand. Just an intimate one will be just as meaningful to me =D All I need is to celebrate my birthday with the ones that I love. =)

I smelled like somebody set me of fire... -.- This is what happens after you stood near the BBQ grill for like 4hrs~ Hahahaha :D BUT...It was fun, even though I smelled like BBQ-ed human. LOL~It was kinda last minute, but then luckily I didn't have anything on on Wed night. So I'm all for BBQ.. & I like doing that, so definately in on this one. From the beginning it was the setting up. BOY! That big BBQ pit was hard to set up... took 4 of us to get it right. The fire starting was fine, and quite alright.... 3 of us had experienced in doing so, so quite fast :)Chicken wings, satays, fishballs, hotdogs, prawns, crab sticks, fish, squid and more.. Yummy. Only downside: Wrong corn selection, so couldnt do the grilled corn thing. But smores was delicious! Almost....really almost melted the marshmallow that it hit the metal grill tray. Luckily it didnt. :pGood food must be accompanied with good drinks! Had a whole pot of chilled Ribena, plus Sprites for the children and teachers. Then there was vodka+sprites for the teachers, and also redwine. Hehehehes :p Delicious~I literally parked myself at the grill and just do the cooking. Hahaha, this is what BBQ is all about people! That's the fun in BBQ, on top of taking wacky pictures :p Not so much on pictures today, but the grill was cool~ Hhahahahha. Too much time spent on the grill till they told me to sit down and rest for awhile. ROFL XD But I love doing it so I just continued.. Besides, I had Ms Chong to help, and Rach chipped in after she had her share of food. =D And we had little helpers too, for the fanning! ^_^Most of the teachers went home at about 8+, after they had their fill of food. Those who stayed behind were English teachers. Seriously! Well..I can't say much but say that they missed out on the good flames :p Hehehehehe! The fire at the end, when most have left were the best..... White-hot charcol with glowing red flames and NO FIRE OR SMOKE! =D This is the best time for satays...which we fully made use of it. But a little too much for the prawns =X LOL!A mountain of satays left after the whole BBQ... Lol~ My cheesecake was saved for the next day or something. *Shrug* they can just enjoy it... I got a lil bit tired of the taste after just eating it on Sunday and Monday.... :PCleaning up was again fun. Water play...lol. Slow reflexes and I ended up being wetter than Rach who was the intended target. Hahahas =D But it was still fun... Went home with Rach, walked with her to the bus stop near her house for me to take a bus home.Really relaxing after that water play and BBQ event. BBQ is about relaxing, and standing at the grill WAS relaxing for me :) I guess the cooking passion in me is this strong. LOL! =DI could still smell the BBQ smell on my hands and in my room even after I took a shower IMMEDIATELY upon reaching home. =.=lll Hahahaas, Hope the aroma doesnt attract any ants or whatsoever =X *giggles*

Trip to my 3rd aunt's house.. :) Cool~ It's hard when our schedules dont meet: My cousins, mine and my sis. So happens that I'm still having my holidays (though ending very soon), and they're having their term break...It was fun, really. =D We're always welcomed at their house, and they love having us there, just like we love going there. Hehehes... Spent the entire day from 3+ all the way to 9+. Played games, watched animes, chat, watched tv, had dinner, chat some more... Total relaxation! =D We loved it, all of us! Was smashed towards the end, not even the cup of Gold coffee my 3rd aunt made for me helped.. =X Probably staying up late the night before got into me after a long lag time :p But it was unintentional...... Time just flew by without us know and then the nxt thing I checked the clock... OOPS! =P Hahahaha.Have to crash early tonight, and staying up tml night. LOL! I need some balance in live before my sch starts and no more late nights. Hm..Maybe, just maybe there'll be more late nights since I'm more productive at night. XD

Longest day ever! Went out for 11hours... I dont think I can beat that record anytime soon... Present shopping was fun with ZQ, at Taka. Wanted to stick with our initial plan of getting a laptop case, but personalizing it was dreadfully impossible. So went for a sleek black folder. ZQ was crazy over it, and right now I am too. A bit lag, but I do like that folder now... more than before. :pDinner at NYDC was cool! :) The original group of 6 was down to 5 cos Jenn couldn't make it. =( I browsed through the menu and immediately knew what I wanted. :) Bratwurst pizza! It had this "wow" factor beside it. And it WAS WOW! XD Wendy had similar one... but it's sandwich instead of pizza. ZQ and Joanne both had oven-baked-baked rice and pasta. And Jas.... WOW!I will NEVER forget that taste of that dynamite. People... it's call DYNAMITE for a reason. Ssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss..... That was the sound made by ALL of us when we tasted Jas's pizza. ROFL! It was freaking spicy. And for someone who isn't a good spicy eater, I couldn't feel my tongue =X And warm water only made the sensation more distinctive. >.<Couldnt help myself but take a sip of Jas' ICE COLD water :p Hhahahahahahahahahaha~~~~~ =D I could enjoy my own pizza after I battled with the really spicy pizza.... :PThen came our mudpies and the surprise cheesecake for Wendy! Telepathic maybe.. she was craving for it, while the rest of us (Joanne, Jennifer, Jasmine, ZQ and me) were discussing on me making my cheesecake for her b-day celebration. Hahaahha, coincidental. Cooooooool~Pictures, as usual... alot of goofing around and different expressions. Ended our day with a walk from Wheelock Place to Taka Open space area and relaxed for awhile longer. All of us had to wake up early so we didn't really stay on for too long.=( Too bad Jennifer couldn't join us. Next time, she has to join us! :)Wurst = Saussage in GermanBrat = Fried/toasted in German

Made a promise, kept my promise. =D Treated my family to Swensen's Ice-cream! Well... some of my family - Mom, Sis, Bei Nian (3rd Aunt), Yi Hong, Yi Jun and 2nd Aunt, of course myself ^_^Told them I'm gonna treat them to ice-cream once I get my pay from the tuition centre, and tadah! =D It was quite fun actually. At first there was only me, my sis, 3rd aunt, yi hong and yi jun. Then my mom tagged along, and my 2nd aunt tagged along. My grams wanted her show so we brought back the pistachio cone ice cream for her. My 3rd uncle accompanied my grams at home.5 sticky chewy ice-cream for the chocolate lovers! ^_^ Mom got banana split and 2nd aunt got herself a cup of cafe latte. Very cool spending time with everyone around the table. Chats and everything. =) One glitch was that we didn't bring the cam =( Couldn't take pictures and share...
I paid the bills, it's actually the first thing I treated my family to after I get paid. :D I knew they enjoyed it, and so did I. Not too bad, about $68 for 8 ppl (inclusive of my gram's ice-cream). Will be great if grams were to join us in person though, plus my uncle. ^_^ Wonderful Saturday~

Friday is finally coming... I miss my sis so much! 5 days at camp, cut off from technology and interact with sweat, torture, push up and character building. Reminded me of my 3D2N "torture" camp for NPCC freshman when I was 13.No doubt, such torture camp really does build character, and till now, after 7 years later I can still remember the details to my camp. It was memorable in a nice way, despite the no-reason tortures I've received. I can bet she'll remember it in the future.I've enjoyed my 4 nights without anybody 'snatching' the lappy from me :p Gives me more time and more freedom to do my stuffs at night. But then, I missed the 'snatching'. Weird huh.... Days without my sis seemed so weird, and lonely. Nobody to talk to (online chats not counted). Hahahaha.. I guess I'm so gonna get home-sick if I go to Boston next Summer. :pI'm so thankful I'm not the only child. 4 days and I'm going bonkers. I don't want my kids to grow up alone in the future...It really is a drag when I return to that empty room, especially at night, even with somebody waiting for me online. It just is different~Labels: Looking forward to my sis' 'return'
