It's been so long since I've felt like this. The chills that you send in me.
Not talking about people, but of my newest book collection --> The Watcher by Brian Freeman
Really long time since I've picked up a book; read the back of the book; flipped a few pages and had hairs standing on my arms. Nothing to do with Kinokuniya's air-conditioning. LOL~ Was getting something at the bookstall, and chanced upon this book under "Bestseller". Picked it up and never put it down (except @ the counter when making payment).
This is the kind of book that I like:
- The title is common but intriguing.
- The plot has a twist to it in a way that you were caught off-tracked.
- The way the author wrote the book - It's like he doesn't have to describe everything in details, just bits and pieces here and there and it's enough to get you hooked.
- The suspense you read and felt and the 'coincidence' you read thinking that 'This has to be the guy' when your guess turned out to be completely wrong.
- You can never guess who's the prep until almost the end of the story.
The saying when we used to write in our essay when we felt fear or something... "Chills went down my spine", never happened. LOL! :P Haahahahas, from so many thriller books I've read, there wasn't any chills down my spine. There were more of "hair standing at the back of my hands" or "goosebumps all over me". Never down the spine. My preference in books differ from people. Told my sis about this feeling I had for the book and she called me crazy. *shrug* Hahahaha, not many really like thrillers, just like I'm not into her preference of books. =)

The last time I wore a graduation gown was when I was 6 years old.. graduating from childcare centre going onto Primary 1. Hahahha.. it's been a LONG TIME! Lol~Graduation today was amazing, but very draining. Couldn't wake up, almost. Wore a skirt and caused a hearse! LOL!!! XD Apparently it's "big news" that I wore a skirt. :p Hahahahhaha... Made a promise to do so, so will do it and I did it. :) Not bad actually... just the heels. One reason I don't wear skirt much is because you can't go with sport shoes/sneakers... Office wear skirt and any other kind of skirt is different from NPCC skirt, which could go alone with sports shoes. Heels, not so much of a deal today, still not used to it. :PLucky I didn't fall when I walked up and down the stage. Heard the steps were steep, turned out to be just dandy. Hahaha, I literally heave a sigh of relief with I walked down the stage w/o losing my balance and not walking like a duck :pCelebration with half of the class, not my clique. Went to Alumni for lunch and then Island Creamery for some ice-cream. Yummy yum yum! :) Spammed my cam like nobody's business.... Now everyone knows where I got my photography skills from: My mom. She's been a dear to be my personal photographer today, taking photos of me and my friends and teachers. THANKS MOM, LOVE YOU~ <3 <3
Exhausted, tired, sleepy... wished I could just lie down on my bed and sleep through the night till morning. Tml gotta work.... gotta change my lesson again... Thought could sleep longer and go for my lesson in the evening... O well~
Labels: Finally graduated~ Need my bed~

The talk about sandwich in the middle of the night(yesterday) made me craved for it. What happens next? Whipped up a sandwich dinner tonight! ^_^Tried it with beef, that was for lunch (i think last month or something). But now it's dinner. And 2 ppl doesnt eat beef. NO PORK! So...... Chicken! =DIt was pretty alright, just the right serving for all of us (3)... Stacked up pretty tall and got a lil glitched when toasting to melt the cheese - My burger actually came off! =.=lll Should have stuck a toothpick in the middle to secure all the things... O'well... Next time I'll know~ :)Yummy... A change to my usual dinner which is Chinese food. I love Chinese food, but occasionally throwing in Western or Italian suits me just fine too! Haha..apparently my sis got tired of chinese food every single night like I did. :p
My dinner~Can't see the chicken pattie cos it's hidden between LAYERS of veg and that slice of cheese. But it's there =) Topped with a cold glass of green bean and barley ;)

Shopping for Graduation... Not bad... :) Good news I can hog the cam on Graduation cos' by then the camera will be back from China. ^_^ Even better.... Cos besides Grad, there're a few more occasions when that camera needs to be in my hands... So I can spam it! Muahahahahha =DThe recent Swine Flu got on my nerves... I don't even feel that strongly against SARS... Probably cos I have friends over at areas where it was being affected: Germany, New York, Australia... Friends from SL. Even so, I can't help worrying for their health and safety. So far SG hasn't got any case, PRAY it stays that way with all the precautions we're taking against it.Take care everyone, and DO TAKE precautions...whatever they are and no matter how much work it is... Best to get prepared for it.
