Went out with my whole family today..It was cool. First to 'visit' (pray) my gramps in the temple, then we went for lunch. Mmmmmmmmm! It's been AGES since I've last ate "Meat Bone Tea" XD Reminded me of the time when a customer came to the Teahouse(when i was still working there) and asked for directions to buy 'Meat Bone Tea'. Actually, it's just Bak Kut Teh (Pork Soup with Tea?). ^.<

It's a delicacy in Singapore. Hm, how should I describe it? It's actually soup, nothing to do with Tea. Pork soup? With loads of pepper and spices to make it extra peppery and firey - Which makes it so addictive and nice! To me, the more peppery it is, the better it tastes. It comes with side dishes, like veg, peanuts, diff parts of the pork and...Tea. That's where the "Tea" in "Bak Kut Teh" comes in... Cos it goes well with tea. Today, I became the brewer for my family (with my background in brewing Chinese Tea) ^.^ It was fun!

Mmmmm.... Great place Dad! Have to really go back there again. ;)
