Woke up at 8am, and stayed up till 3.30am, but it's all worth it!

Met up with the rest of the Jeaniuses at abt 2+pm at Vivo for the ocuntdown party. Mosh Pit seats tix baby! Thx to Jeanette & her PA & eudora ^_^

We said goodbye to 2008 and crossed over to the year 2009 with Jeanette. It was an amazing experience, too much to be put into words. If I were to say the whole day event it would be the longest entry ever.

Saw Jeanette upclose and personal, held the board and cheered for her and XNR team during the games, wished her 'Happy New Year' over the phone, got to make a video with the Jeaniuses(my sis included) and send to Jeanette. And when we gt home, we got to chat with her on the forum (adding replies to the topic) till abt 3.30am.

She was hyper, we were hyper and we didn't manage to feel sleepy until 3+am. We logged off when Jeanette wanted to get some Zzz. ^_^

It was simply indescribable feeling. She's as real as anybody and all the artists looked amazing in person than on screen, esp Jeanette. =) Phew....

I almost lost my hearing temporary with the whistling and cheering and shouting and the music blasted from the speakers. The vol was so loud that my heart beat suddenly took on the rhythm of whatever songs the artists were singing and playing (esp the base and electric guitar and the drums).

Loved all the performance and the feeling of being there for the countdown beats the feeling of watching the show in the comfort of one's own home. Nt really crowded, but it was intensive. ^^
