K-Box on Friday was totally amazing! 1st time in my life I stepped into K-Box, and sang in front of my friends, with a mic! Loud!

And i'm nt sure if it's coincidence or jus their part of joking around, every song that i sang solo, they can only hear my voice and not the original singers singing with the music! -.- But still fun! =D

I din actually count the number of songs we sang.. but it was at least 30. Maybe more. We paid the student price, and had 2 cokes, 2 sprites, 2 bowls of chips, 1 bowl of nuts, 1 bowl of fruits, 2 plates of nuggets and 2 plates of french fries. We drank more than we eat. And we sang more than we drank! ;)

And seriously... Sharon has really nice pipes! Definitely an alto.. And she's really crazy! Any mandarin song, I mean ANY, she can sing them, any range, any chords, any part of the song! Amazing! And she sang quite a few songs from Angela.

And Ah Han is juz good at "old" songs. Unique voice. Karine is equally good, same thing: unique voice. As for me, well, I didn't sing out of tune, and a few mandarin songs i could sing a few verses. So I'm giving myself a few pats on the back. ^_^

There was this song, a canto song by Leo Ku, which was a duet. I LOVE that song... but only I knew how to sing, so I covered both male and female parts. Challenging but still I managed. Woop! I didn't sing a lot, but I had my share of fun and songs. Ended with a canto song, duet with Ah Han.. I didn't hear that song for over a yr now, at least I could get most of it right(mostly at the 2nd half when I got the tunes and tempo in my head to follow). A lot of duets and solo and also quadruplets( My Love by West Life & Never Had A Dream Come True).

It was rather last minute decision, in my opinion, but it's juz so tempting to say 'no'. And K-Box is someplace I've never been to in my almost 20yrs of life. It's an incredible 1st experience, and it's certainly not the last. =D
