Guess what I'm eating? It's a Hainan dessert...

Tadah! This is the dessert... Looks disgusting rite? It's said to be called 'chicken droppings'. But it tastes nicer and better than it looks and sound.

Look how clear the 'water' is! It's really delicious. It's like eating 'tang1 yuan', and the 'water' was got the ginger & pandan flavour.

Dang! This is delicious, lemme tell u. It's filled with coconut and peanut, and the skin is like 'tang1 yuan2''s skin... This is what we Hainanese call "Bua4". It's nt my fav but it's nice to eat.. :)

Hainan Chicken Rice's chicken! Oooo...Look at the oil glistening on the skin... It's really yummy! The chicken is tender, and cooked just right, with the sesame oil to accompany it.

Man, lemme tell u, we waited for ages just to have the food served to our table. Reason? The rice! Gosh, it's piping hot when it came!

The soup, one of the cannot-be-lacking side dish to Hainan Chicken Rice... See how clear it is to reflect the lights above? It's cabbage soup, with parsley sprinkled on top of it... Mmmmm

This is from the set of 11 pics I've taken during the fair. It won't be good to put all 11 pics, so just 1 would do. These are REALLY OLD BOOKS! Even before my Parents' Generation! Wow!
