If Someone tells u that he/she will be away for overseas till New Year.. when do u reckon he/she will return back to Singapore? Is it 1st of Jan? Or Till CNY? How d u interprete it?Anyway, 1st day at work... bored.. We hit our target, pretty gd for a boring day... YZ(New Part-timer. Dun say his name out, or some of u guys will know who he is.) and I and Annie Sis simply had nth to do... there r quite alot of thems we just stand or walk around without talking... Can u imagine? So it's really erm... wat u call... surprising that we hit our target when the sales r so bad and we had nth to talk abt...Lucky for us, abt 3 customers bought over 100+, 200+ and 300+ worth of items respectively that brought up our sales... I can see tha Annie Sis is trying very hard to engage us in conversation so our day wun b so boring.. She did succeed, i gotta admit, but it was short-lived. At least we did laugh... and I did engage in conversation with YZ(for ur info), though it was juz abt the diff types of tealeaves, the changing of candles to keep the sample tea warm, the notes that I'd copied... stuffs like that.Overall I say we managed to have fun. 1 customer, the one who brought 300+ worth of items, kept on choosing and selecting(nt that he's wrong)... he juz keeps changing his mind, and cos no other customers by then(THANK GODNESS!), He and his wife were being served by 3 staffs, mainly me, Annie sis and YZ. Lucky for us, Annie sis took charge of showing him the diff kinds of teasets we have, the diff kinds of tea equipments, diff kinds of tealeaves... YZ n I helped with the wrapping, cos all he bought were all made of glass... and very very expensive...I gotta say, I juz teached YZ once abt how we wrapped, and he got it rite! Lucky got his help, or else the customer would have to wait longer than ever. He did waited for quite some time, kept on drinking the sample tea(well, i's meant for drinking neway). All 3 of us(plus Anie sis also met this kind of customer for the 1st time. Besides, Annie sis worked for 2 yrs le)... I'm thinking, maybe the appearance of this very mah fan customer is to spice up our boring day at work. Wel, he did a pretty gd job by doing so. Hehe.The next time I'll b working again wif YZ is on Sun, but this time is with Jing Chun Sis. Man, I like working with Jing Chun sis, she's really funny and always smiling and laughing, really lifts up the spirits. Lolz, gotta go! TTFN! :p
